We are happy to announce the arrival of the new Darling Autumn Winter collection 2012 2013 at Pink Flamingo. We have been stocking Darling for around two years and it has grown to become one of our most popular premium brands.

Having launched in 2008, Darling has grown to become an award winning and exciting independent global women’s clothing brand.The Darling range is the vision of Nadia Moraes, the London based designer and entrepreneur who created the label. Nadia was inspired to launch her own collection by the lack of affordable, beautiful and stylish clothing available.

 Darling was voted womenswear Brand of the Year 2011 at the Drapers fashion Awards 2011. An amazing achievement that showcases just how far the brand has come, and the quality that customers can expect to receive from their clothing.
 Darling is a clear celebrity favourite and often seen in top fashion mags such as: Elle, Marie Claire and Grazia.Celebrity ‘Darlings’ include Kelly Brook, Anna Friel, Peaches Geldof, Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby. This season our Darling collection at Pink Flamingo oozes a pretty 70's vibe with a colour palette featuring: grey, tan and mustard highlighted with monochrome, emerald green and orange.The Rosana Dress is a beautiful short sleeved dress in mustard with a cinched in waist and a sweet floral design. This dress is just right for work or play this Autumn Winter, it can be dressed up for work or worn with chunky knitwear for a more casual look. Featured below left and priced at £69.00. If you like the look of the Rosanna Dress but want a piece that is very versatile and easy to wear, why not try the Rosanna tunic in the same mustard colour and floral design. Another pretty Darling dress featuring in mustard this season is the Felicity dress. This dress also features a cinched in waist, but with a black band around the waist and hem. The floral design on the Felicity dress is designed in monochrome making it pop against the mustard background. Featured below left and priced at £65. We are also offering a tunic version of The Felicity with 3/4 length sleeves and a casual fit, it features the same monochrome floral print. Featured below right and priced at £52.

When you need to wrap up to fight against the blustery winds this season, The Darling Lorelei Mac Coat is a stylish choice. This mac will complement your Rosana or Felicity dress perfectly. Continuing the 70s trend, this Mac is available in either tan or dark grey, and features a double breasted front and a waist tie with side pockets. This Autumn Winter Darling also includes an evening story featuring pretty lace. Two of our favourite pieces from this story are the Kristin Dress and the Whitney Tunic.

The Kristin dress is beautiful with a fitted figure hugging shape and lace panels on the skirt. It is the perfect formal dress this season. Featured below left and priced at  £79. Poetic Licence Arrives!

All the team at Pink Flamingo  are super excited by the arrival of Poetic Licence Shoes new autumn / winter collection.

This is the first season we have had the privilege of stocking their beautiful designs.

Poetic Licence are the sister brand of Irregular Choice but their collections have a very different feel . Poetic Licence takes its influences from British culture, vintage fabrics and world inspiration. Their design team incorporates their love of things past into artfully modern designs to make extraordinary unique footwear.

Poetic Licence first launched as a brand in 2005 in London. The design team has since made their way to the south east coast of England to the delightful town of Brighton where they continue to provide unparalleled vintage - inspired footwear, which they sell all over the world. 

The new Autumn / Winter collection has a classic colour palette featuring warm taupe's and chic monochrome with highlights of silver, electric blue and pumpkin orange.

Our favorite here at Pink Flamingo is the Downtown Darling Boot a very vintage style boot with a Victoriana feel in brown or black suede with a leather covered toe and heel. There is a wide satin orange or blue lace up the front of the boot placed in a colourful woven fabric with a striped seam. This boot has a zip fastening on the inside. Priced at £125.

This season features The Backlash is a navy blue leather with a check fabric detailing and a red satin lace trimmed with a contrasting scalloped seem.
